Since 2020, I’ve been working with amazing folks to grow a decolonized media and communications agency to meet the crucial political and social moment we find ourselves in. Our planet is in crisis and we are the leaders that we have been waiting for!

• 📚 Oil Exec's $445 Million Bet - 🌱 That's how much oil companies donated to Trump's campaign. Citizens United opened the door for dark money to flow into politics 15 years ago and we're seeing the extremes of unleashing campaign finance regulation. (📚 History of SCOTUS)
• 📚 Wisconsin Supreme Court In the Fascist Cross-Hairs - 🌱 Voters are out today for a Wisconsin Supreme Court seat that will determine the ideological balance of the court and if Wisconsinites will have free & fair elections in the future. Naturally, would-be-king-of-the-world, is giving out $1 million to shift the dynamic. The polls have progressive Susan Crawford up by 8 points, but you can start checking the results soon.
• 📚 Not So Small Business Friendly - 🌱 In another attempt to redistribute wealth to the top, the Trump admin is cutting 43% of the small business administration staff. While the media is baffled, it's our job to help educate others about the economic instability Trump is unleashing. (🎙️ re-segregating the economy)
• 📚 Anti-Trans Creeps Checking Out Little Girls - 🌱 Copycat bills across the country are pushing "genital checks" on little girls to prove they are not trans before playing in sports. The student must present a physician’s statement based on “internal and external reproductive anatomy.” Pretty weird considering a lot of the male elected officials keep getting caught for child sexual abuse. 🤔 (🎙️ listen to our latest podcast)

Societal Woes & Swing States | Reflections on the Road 🛣️

Over my Southwest roadtrip for the election, I recorded Captains Logs (almost) every day as a way to check-in with myself throughout the trip.

My reflection on October 25 in Hilltop Campground just outside of Las Vegas pretty much sums up my beliefs around the election, our current world, and how we actually build towards a liberatory world. It was the coldest night of our camping trip! 🥶
