There's a reason our most curious humans ask the question "why?" all the time. It's an important guide to help make sense of your surroundings and make decisions based on that. And when so much about our world doesn't make sense and our attention is being stretched thin by tech, it's good for us as communicators to continue to check in and ask "Why?"

Getting to your why is the first step that gets you a long way into crafting or re-crafting your relationship with social media and the strategies behind that. Having a secure "why" helps to craft stronger strategies that help you achieve your goals while balancing your well-being in the face of today's tech and media landscape.
