Today, I'm excited to share my conversation with Celia Alario from Vision to Voice Academy, an immersive training in the sacred art of public speaking. Celia Alario works with grassroots change agents, impact media makers, and thought leaders on social justice, planetary healing, and culture shaping. Through her Vision to Voice Academy, she offers coaching that combines leadership development, public speaking, and wellness.
We talked about her experience with burnout from her years in social movement communications and her dedication to helping others find balance and sustainability in their work. We explored:

About Celia Alario (she/her)
Celia is a, NBHWC certified communications and wellness coach, facilitator and public speaking trainer. She cavorts with grassroots change agents, impact media makers and emerging thought leaders who share her love for social justice, planetary healing and culture shaping. Celia helps folks who work for change to cultivate greater vitality, joy and authentic expression in their lives. She offers one-on-one and cohort coaching, including the Vision to Voice Academy, which meets participants at the intersection of transformational leadership development, public speaking and wellness. She comes to this work after decades of social movement communications and public relations campaigns which led to burnout and chronic health challenges, so she’s particularly committed to supporting others in finding balance in service.
